I don't know how so many people can know that something bad is happening and do nothing about it, particularly when it's not that difficult of a problem to solve.

How can so many people have victim-blamed me, for so many years, for the CRIMINAL VOYEURISM THAT THE CONGLOMERATE'S INSANE SLUT-SHAMING OF ME, A VIRGIN UNTIL I WAS 27 WHO HASN'T HAD SEX SINCE I WAS 29, HAS CAUSED TO HAPPEN TO HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE?

WHY HAS NOBODY TOLD THE POLICE?!  HOW CAN YOU SIT THERE AND DO NOTHING?!

I think about killing myself all day, every day.

Harassed at MIT?

I've been sitting quietly, reading, at MIT, for less than half an hour.

So far, I think that 2 men have walked or stood a few feet from my chair and coughed loudly to harass me.

I could be wrong about that.  Maybe they weren't harassing me, but they were very loud, coughed a few times, and, to be honest, sounded as if they were harassing me.

I know that the conglomerate likes to hack security cameras in buildings where I am so that it can watch me and think of disgusting things to say about me.

Why doesn't the conglomerate locate the building where I am, hack the unhidden and legal security camera, and watch to find out if I'm harassed by more people?

It could be that nobody harasses me again.  However, since you obviously have nothing better to do than to stalk me, why don't you consider what you observe today from the perspective of whether or not people are deliberately harassing me while I do nothing to them?

At the New York Times, women are still just a bunch of cherries.

That's from today.

Me, Who?

I think that I should stop writing for at least a few days.

I can't believe how influential I can sometimes be, and it's stressful.

This was my take about Russia in 2016.

Article published today:

I thought it was a mistake for the media to portray Russia as a Cold War throwback.  The Russian government isn't incapable of being reasonable.  A coherent strategy and a consistently informative media could have stopped or even prevented the atrocities in Syria.

I can't speak for the rest of the article.  Like every morning other than Sunday at the homeless shelter, I have until 8:30 a.m. to decide what I'll be carrying on my back for the rest of the day, and that's what I have to think about.
