There are 3 female and 5 male justices at this time.   

What if President Trump had a talk with Judge Kavanaugh, praised him for his distinguished record, thanked him for accepting the nomination for an appointment of such lasting consequence, and asked him to withdraw his acceptance of that nomination in the interest of diversity?
