A lot of people have the resumes to be nominated and confirmed as Supreme Court Justices.

From that group, there has to be at least one person who really isn't guilty of sexual misconduct from the past or the present.

I'm not saying that whoever that person is definitely is a black woman.  You could start with the black women and if they don't work out, you don't have to nominate them.
