The Syrians wanted independence, and fought for it, and are being crucified while the world lets it happen and everyone within smelling distance of territory and power connives to parcel up the country. We are a globe of ravenous cowards. There is not one country that hasn't failed to earn the title of "democracy" over these past several years.
