Michael Douglas?

Michael Douglas of "Basic Instinct" and "Fatal Attraction," two of the most misogynist movies ever filmed?

Michael Douglas who at some point over the past couple of years filmed a movie for which one of the ads humorously referenced my being stricken with a urogynecological problem that made me feel like I had to pee all the time?  The conglomerate thought it was really funny to watch me visiting my bathroom in my last apartment (where I could turn the lights off) and in the gym and homeless shelter (where I couldn't turn the lights off) during the additional two years of homelessness (for a total of six since 2011) that I lived through because nobody corroborated that there were hidden, illegal cameras in my last apartment.  It was also painful and I had a lot of medical tests and nobody could figure out what it was, so that was frightening.

It seems to have mostly resolved now.  Thank you all so much for your concern.

As for people not being able to talk to each other anymore; I don't think that's true.  I talk to all sorts of people all the time.  However, I am used to negotiating from a position of having no power; I had already spent most of my life that way before the conglomerate turned me into a feminist-bashing pinata.  Hollywood's irate, self-congratulatory, hypocritical insistence that it ought to be able to elect its own candidates is grimly amusing.  It simply hasn't recognized how many regular people stopped buying the Democrats' B.S. quite a while ago.

I'm a Democrat; I always was.  When the Democrats fix their moral dissolution and the confusion that follows moral dissolution, they'll be able to win again.  Until then, all the hot air in the world is not going to help them.
