I cannot tell the police "Celebrities and many other powerful people have watched illegally filmed video of me and other noncelebrities in bathrooms since 2011." I can't call 911 and say that. I can't go to the police station and say that. I cannot tell the police; if I do, it will only make thinge worse because they will assume that I am delusional, they will talk to the property manager, I will be pressured to seek psychiatric treatment or even committed to a mental hospital without my consent, whoever put the cameras in the apartment will know that I have no support, and the best I can hope for is that I won't be evicted for the 3rd time in a row for speaking up about my rights being violated in my own home.

I don't know anything about 50-A; it sounds reasonable to repeal it.
I do know that nobody should feel afraid to call the police. The 911 bill is going to make people, particularly women, even more afraid to call the police than they already are. That bill should not pass.
