To abuse the name "Karen" is bad enough for what it's doing to all the people who are named Karen.
It's also social profiling and sets up white women by themselves to be harassed and then accused of racism if they don't submit to being harassed.
We don't need a male version of the name "Karen," any more than we need individual names to try to dehumanize and humiliate black men and women or people of any race.
If you think that someone is racist, you can just say that the person is racist.
