This is yet another article that falsely describes the Cooper incident and tries to legitimize the racist, misogynist, ageist use of the name "Karen."
I'm not a racist and I am not elitist.  I'm not even particularly argumentative.  If I were any of those things, the total of 6 years of homelessness that I have lived so far in the Boston area would have been a lot more difficult for me than they already were.
It's as if people cannot keep that fact about my life in their thoughts when they're responding to what I say.  Homeless.  6 years.  What do you think that's like? Do you think that I have never had to get along with black people, when black people are disproportionately represented in the homeless population? 
I don't argue with homeless people the way that I do with the fucking assholes that have illegally watched homeless people in bathrooms, locker rooms and showers since 2011.  Why would I do that, when I know how painful and sad their lives have been?
