Age discrimination

I think that age is a virtue for a politician and for other people who have a lot of responsibility. 

The term "old, white man" is descriptive of nothing other than age, race and gender.  It should stop being used as if it is descriptive of anything else.  

We will all be old, we all have a race, we all have a gender.  To act as if you know everything about someone because of those things about the person is not liberal.
