You do that.
You step right up to that microphone at your next big event, and you tell the world about how sexual crime wasn't committed and promoted while you were Vice President. Say you knew nothing about it. Say that, if you had known, you would have done something about it.
Talk about your integrity, and President Obama's integrity, and the integrity of everyone who was part of that administration.
Tell the world about how you think that you deserve the trust of the American people.
Talk about how you've always been someone to speak truth to power. Talk about how power hasn't corrupted you.
If you feel that it would be immodest to make such claims, then talk about how nobody's perfect and sometimes we have to compromise. Then talk about how every compromise that you have ever made was only in the service of a noble ideal, for something that's bigger than you.
Stand there at the microphone and say, "Lena is a liar. Nobody harassed her, stalked her, circulated rumors about her or illegally filmed her in the bathrooms of homeless shelters, psychiatric units, gyms, and in her own home. She's crazy. She's an attention-seeking whore who deserves everything that happens to her. I hope the shit that is heaped upon her every day never ends."
If you don't think that saying it that way would boost your ratings, then continue to say it every other way that you already have said it, by pretending that nothing happened starting from 2010 except for you and President Obama saving the world.
Say, "I'm not hacking Lena's phone. Nobody who works for me is hacking her phone or has ever hacked her phone. President Obama isn't hacking her phone. Neither he nor anyone who works for him is hacking her phone or has ever hacked her phone. We don't hack homeless women's phones."
