What if the New York Times had published information about Harvey Weinstein's misconduct before the election?

Wasn't it deliberate that the newspaper didn't?

Even so, President Trump won.

I spent part of the past few days thinking about whether to add to or change the page where I wrote that more people didn't want a Democrat to be elected than did to talk about the Electoral College.

I didn't want to say it like this, "President Trump campaigned to win the Electoral College, so that means he's not too stupid to be the President," because I didn't want to be insulting toward Secretary Clinton.  The media calls him stupid; he's not stupid.

The media lied to the public during almost the entire time that President Obama was in office.  The media promoted the worst types of crime.  The media is continuing to lie to the public by portraying President Obama as a Black Knight of Honor.

I am not a White House spokesperson.  It's not my intention to work for President Trump or for other Presidents.  I like being a private citizen, and I don't really like politics.  What I'm saying is my opinion, and my opinion is this:

-The United States has a long history of interfering in other countries' elections; it's part of why Latin America is in such dire condition now.

-The United States has wielded so much influence and direct power throughout the rest of the world for so many years that interference per se in the election processes of many countries isn't even needed for the U.S. government in its various incarnations to make other governments do what it wants.

-Russia is not the only country that wants power; most countries do.  Russia's methods are not ideal, to say the least; however, to say that the Russian government is trying to undermine American democracy is somewhat overstating it.  If the United States were a real democracy (which it never was and which President Obama's time in office unraveled to an unprecedented degree by attacking the fabric of society in visceral and permanently damaging ways), the Russian government would move toward democracy also.  All that Russia and other less-than-courteous countries have done for a while is to take advantage of the disintegration and total confusion of the United States about what the hell to do with itself.  "America First" for America is not a bad idea, but no country should be concerned about being first in the world.  We should all be striving to create the optimal conditions for every country, for the autonomy of every country to be respected, and for the people of every country to be safe in their homes and safe to speak their minds.  (Assad gotta go.)

-It was imperative that the entertainment industry, the duplicitous media, and everyone else who was part of promoting the conglomerate's agenda while pretending to promote social progress be prevented from trooping into the White House and into political power in the rest of the country.  I'm saying again that I am no official spokesperson, and I'm also saying that I understand that nobody should be interfering in our elections or anyone's elections, and I'm also saying that everyone who knows what has really happened since 2010 can understand that I don't give a damn how Hillary Clinton lost.  I just don't; nobody could.
