President Trump, I know that you can cut off all of my welfare.

When you do that, perhaps you can also offer some advice for how I can obtain and maintain employment when this is what employers see when they do a Google search of my name:

I'm not trying to be homeless or unemployed. I apply for work and am almost never hired, and when I am hired, it doesn't tend to last past the time that it takes for someone to be curious enough about me to do a Google search of my name.

I have tried to get some of the hateblogs about me removed from the Internet; almost every website has refused to deactivate them. I don't have the money to finesse my online reputation. I don't know if you know that there are businesses that do that for people; it costs thousands of dollars, and most of what they do is just create positive content that moves the worst search results for someone's name off the first 2 or 3 pages of results.

If you really think that it would be easier for me to obtain a job if you eliminate the funds that allow me to pay my phone bill, my storage bill, to buy my train tickets and do my laundry, be my guest. I ran out of money in the middle of September and had to ration my clean clothes, wearing the same things for a few days at a time. What employer doesn't want to hire someone who has worn the same clothes for several days?

When it's colder outside, as it is in Massachusetts for most of the year, I have to pay to be indoors for a few hours here, a few hours there. I also have to pay to use the restroom, if there's no accessible public restroom around.

People don't realize how expensive it is to be homeless.
