You can't say that you're not aware of the effect that you have on people who think that a nominee for the Supreme Court shouldn't be defended for perjury, particularly while the President calls his misconduct survivors liars.
Do you remember everything that was said?
Do you remember everyone who was there?
Do you remember precisely what time it was? What about precisely which days these events occurred; they were only last week and the week before, right? Shouldn't you be able to rattle off the days and times without even having to think about it?
Do you remember, instead of those things, what you were feeling?
If you don't like feeling that way, then maybe you should look for work somewhere that won't be triggering for your sensitivities.
By your own admission, you have had major disputes with segments of the U.S. population in the past; do you think that there's something about you that is causing these disputes? Have you thought about trying to work through it with someone, perhaps a mental health care professional?
