I have never needed a gun or other weapon to survive.
I am a feminist and a Democrat. I am also a victim, not because I choose to be, but because others choose to continue to victimize me and I can't stop them. My having a weapon wouldn't stop them, since appeals to reason, empathy and fundamental decency haven't.
I'm not dishonest; that's what their problem with me is.
