When I was young, it surprised me when older people told me that "Pretty Woman" was an evil movie.

They explained to me that portraying prostitution the way that it's portrayed in that movie was a terrible thing to do.  They were right.

All of these years later, neither Julia Roberts nor anyone reporting about her has figured that out.
