Who uses someone's impending marriage to lure him to a gruesome death?

Who inflicts that type of psychological torture on him and on those who mourn him?  

Then there's the perversion of using a consulate as a charnel house.  

When the investigations are over, that building should be torn down.  A monument to free speech should be built there.
