Does Israel negotiate with anybody in the Middle East, or does it rely on its support from the United States to prevent outright attacks?
I'm not trying to criticize.
Mr. Assad has cannibalized his country. There's nothing worse than that. If leadership were my official capacity, I would negotiate with anybody to get him out.
