I realize that nobody wants to take seriously what I've been saying about voyeurism for years, but it's true.

Regardless of what anyone thinks of me, thousands of unsuspecting people have been and continue to be permanently victimized by this crime every day.

The Internet makes it possible for people who have never had a public voice to have that voice; it is a crucial tool for democracy.  However, the U.S. Government is not the only government that has been negligent about the ways in which the Internet is also used to abuse people.  In the Internet age, no image ever goes away.
