When does someone say "That's enough."

When is someone other than me going to say that about what's happening to me and to so many other innocent, unsuspecting people every day?

I'M NOT MAKING IT UP!  IT'S NOT A DELUSION!  I CAN'T MAKE ANYONE WHOM I HAVE TALKED TO IN BOSTON BELIEVE THAT THE VOYEURISM AND INVOLUNTARY PORNOGRAPHY ARE REALLY HAPPENING; I HAVE TRIED FOR YEARS!  

WHEN IS SOMEONE GOING TO HELP ME WITHOUT EXPECTING SOMETHING FROM ME?!
