Why should anyone else have the advantages that you have had by virtue of having been born in the United States?
Here's my question, though. If the U.S. has spent "years building up other countries," then why is everything in those other countries such a disaster? Either the money was misapplied or not enough of it was spent to end the problems before you were elected, wouldn't you say?
Is it your plan to leave the rest of the world in shambles when you leave office, the way that your predecessors have?
