It appears that there won't be an objection from the DNC to the Biden nomination.
Since that's the case, I still think that Ambassador Rice should be the Vice Presidential candidate.
It's churlish to be the Vice President to the first black President and then not have a black, female Vice President. Otherwise I'd say it should be Senator Warren, despite her failure to investigate the voyeurism that has proliferated in Massachusetts for years at the conglomerate's mirthful urging.
