Eventually, people are going to know what you're doing.

It's a matter of time and persistence.

I realize that you've been corrupted by your industry and the rest of the conglomerate, but you could decide not to follow the crowd and to be a better person than you are, rather than to use other people's evil behavior as an excuse.

Mr. Puth, this is a song that you heard because you hack my phone and I listened to this song months ago.  Now you're going to make money from the remix.  Maybe you think that I'm happy for you or flattered that you took an interest in a song that I thought was good, and maybe I would feel that way if you hadn't continued to devote yourself to degrading and exploiting me and if, apparently like everyone else who knows that I'm telling the truth about the voyeurism, you hadn't continued to take no responsibility for putting a stop to those crimes.

Also, as is par for the course when you hack my phone and make assumptions about the music that I listen to, you have once again missed the point.  If I had a theme for the first several songs that I listened to tonight, it was to trace the path of people who have slept around in the industry and lied about everything while hypocritically slut-shaming me.  I didn't listen to Ms. Barrett's music tonight, but I did listen to a couple of your songs.  I think other people who hacked my phone might have recognized the path of destruction, but you're so typically self-centered that you never do.

I hope that the day when you and the other criminally-oriented, ignorant, obnoxious jerks are humbled isn't far off.  I fear it is, but I hope it isn't.

Although you graduated from high school and from college, you literally know NOTHING about the women's movement, do you?  You don't know what a horrifying chauvinist you are.  You don't know how offensive you are.  Whether or not you think the words "You're cute when you're mad" about the reactions that you premeditate provoking from me, that's what you're thinking, and you enjoy it.  You don't think that you're being degrading, you don't think that you're dehumanizing me, you don't know what male privilege is or what wealthy privilege is.  You don't know any of the terminology for those discussions.  Because a decade of my attempts to talk about those things have been ignored or ridiculed by people whom you respect, your assumption is that I'm the only person in the world who talks about them.

You don't know how stupid I really think your behavior is.  You don't know how I perceive you.  You think this is fun.
