I think the Meet and Greet aspect of celebrity culture has made them really believe that proximity to them is the ultimate fulfillment, and that therefore to be criminally violated by them in bathrooms is a privilege.




Huh.  One side ends up poorer and the other ends up richer, so how much does it actually suck for "everyone," especially considering that minimum wage in the United States is set by the federal government at $7.25/hour? That's $3 more than I made per hour at my first job, 30 years ago.  A dollar increase per decade.  Not much change for the average worker, while celebrity life is no less wealthy, merely crueler, more dishonest, more stupid and more self-congratulatory than ever.
