Funny how when you make the effort to help them live somewhere halfway decent, they're not protesting. That's not the image that homeless services providers prefer the world to have of homeless people, is it? They'd rather have everyone believe that a lot of homeless people prefer living outside to living in shelters, even in cold states, because they "don't want help."
Too bad they're all going to have to go back to being homeless, and most of those mothers are going to be separated from their babies because they can't provide them with permanent housing. I guess you figure that a little break is all they deserve.
