Does this need to be fact-checked?

If Ms. Reade finished 35 full credits at Antioch, then she only would have needed another 25 from Pasadena City College to be eligible for admission to Seattle University School of Law, if that law school had a similar requirement to Monterey College of Law and San Luis Obispo College of Law when she applied.

Since her credits would in that case be more from Antioch than from Pasadena, it would make sense for Seattle to list Antioch as her most prominent, previous school.

If this is how she was admitted, then she definitely didn't commit fraud to get into law school.

Someone who worked at Antioch had to have communicated with someone at Seattle for her to be admitted, so there never was a reason to accuse her of being fraudulent to gain admission.

Also, 35 credits are in range for a major.

She graduated with a JD from Seattle in 2004.  If she worked for Antioch starting in 2007 or 2008, even part-time, why wouldn't it have been in the capacity that she described?  Why would Antioch have someone with a law degree doing things that were clerical?

There's "administrative" and then there's "clerical" and then there's designating someone's employment capacity so that you can pay her as little as possible.  What is "administrative" work?

When a politician is in office, high-level people are described as being part of that politician's administration.
