That's not administrative work. That's being a teacher.
Here is an example from Google of a resume for an administrative position at a college:
I'm struck by bullet point #8:
"Maintain and organize confidential personnel files and records; destroy outdated documentation in accordance with appropriate disposition instructions including applicant files, interview process files, and I-9 files."

So, Antioch has confirmed that Ms. Reade worked for them for years and that she accurately represented or even underreported to the college the number of hours that she worked from a distance. Not everybody does that; some people inflate their hours, but obviously she didn't. She has a history of working for low pay and for free.

Why not talk to Ms. Reade's academic advisors and professors from Seattle University School of Law? Antioch is unlikely to reverse the statements that it has already made about Ms. Reade, since that would be embarrassing for Antioch.
