The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles now has ads around the subway stations that have my sister's first name.

Is the RMV hacking my phone and reading my conversations with my sister?

If so, how many other departments of the Government of Massachusetts are also hacking my phone?

How many of them are hacking the hidden, illegal cameras in my apartment and obtaining audio/video recordings of me, watching me while I sleep, hearing me in the bathroom?  I have lived in these abusive housing situations so many times in Massachusetts that it's now automatic for me to turn the lights off to change my clothes, shower, use the toilet, even to put lotion on my limbs so that the malicious people who are obsessed with portraying me as a nymphomaniac who loves the attention of being criminally victimized by voyeurism won't accuse me of trying to be alluring.

I also think that the hidden, illegal cameras in this apartment have night vision, so my visual privacy isn't really protected by turning the lights off.  I think the hidden, illegal cameras in my last apartment also had night vision.  I don't know whether or not the hidden, illegal cameras in the apartment before that had night vision.
