All right, let's consider why else he might have started filming her even when she was about to leash her dog and why he continued to film her when she asked him to stop. Was it because she was a woman without a man around? A man of any race would not have put up with what Mr. Cooper did, and I don't think that Mr. Cooper would have treated a man that way.
