I use a gum stimulator on my gums. Sometimes I do that when I'm in bed, reading. It's what I was told to do by the periodontist.
I don't know if I think the advice that's given by various sources to wash one's hair only once a week is a good idea. I have tried that, and it makes my scalp itch.
That's what he's talking about. He immensely enjoys watching me like the animal in a cage that the conglomerate has treated me as for so many years that he and many other hyperprivileged people think it's normal.
