Obviously, the solution is for women not to have social lives.

If they need social lives, they can go to frat houses as guests, where they have no control over the environment or what is in the beverages offered to them.  When at frat houses, don't have anything to eat or drink; men don't like for women to have bodily functions, so you can't blame them for raping women when they do gross things such as eating and drinking.
