That's the women's shelter at the Pine Street Inn. On the other side of the building is the men's shelter, where a high percentage of the homeless guests are registered sex offenders. The Pine Street Inn offers them no rehabilitation or support for their issues of any kind.
There are two day care/early education centers a block away, and several grade schools within walking distance.
When I say that every famous, wealthy, powerful person in the world knows what has happened since 2010, I mean that they all know.
