The Sunrise Movement is portraying Mayor Morse as a victim and is planning its future campaigning efforts according to that interpretation. There is no critical analysis applied to that situation by the Sunrise Movement, which has made no distinction between Mayor Morse's inappropriate relationships with college students and the method by which his admission of those relationships was obtained. There is no recognition that those relationships were inappropriate. There is no mention of either of the two pending investigations.
