The question is not whether or not Judge Kavanaugh has ever been nice to a woman, or even to most women.

The questions are these:

-Did he and his friend, when they were adolescents, plan to corner and sexually assault a younger, adolescent girl? 

-Would he have followed through on the sexual assault if he'd been less of a predatory novice or less drunk?  

-Is he lying about it now, and will he continue to lie about it, under oath, so that he can be a Supreme Court Justice?
