I know what's going on.

I'm not eloquent or persistent enough about trying to persuade the people whose obligation it is to protect the public that they need to investigate my reports of voyeurism even if nobody has corroborated those reports.

I'll try to think of how I can be more articulate and persevering.

I want to thank everyone who knows that I'm telling the truth and who hasn't corroborated it for helping me to understand that I haven't made enough of an effort.  Apparently that's everyone.  I'm sure that you'll forgive me for not mentioning you all individually; then I really would be writing all day.
