Has Ms. Hummer found the adoption paperwork?

Ms. Hummer was a primary source for one of Ms. Korecki's very damaging Politico articles about Ms. Reade, an article that was copied repeatedly by other media sources.  Not only were Ms. Hummer's discrepancies online before the Politico article was published, no media source has mentioned them or followed up.

It doesn't seem as if anyone fact-checked anything from what anyone who spoke negatively about Ms. Reade said.  It was all accepted at face value, and now Ms. Reade is being investigated by prosecutors and Vice President Biden is marching toward November, despite his plagiarism, lies about his academic record, lies about his academic degrees, slanderous lies about an innocent person being a drunk driver, and everything else that money, privilege, and the support of a political party and the media can buy.

Was that email even written to Ms. Reade by Ms. Hummer, or was it written to someone else who was interested in adopting the horse, before his shoulder was injured while he was living on PMR's property in December 2015?
