It's bad enough that there are hidden and illegal cameras criminally victimizing hundreds of women (and possibly men) in gym locker rooms throughout the Boston area.

I think it's even worse that homeless people in shelters and psychiatric patients in hospitals are also being criminally victimized by this DISGUSTING HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION.

They're so vulnerable.  They have had so many bad things happen to them already.
