Nothing in my pre-conglomerate life prepared me to be one of history's witnesses to some of the world's most powerful people and organizations hijacking words and other symbols, perverting them, and repeating them nonstop for years to promote crime. I also never thought that I'd eventually be conditioned by coercion into curtailing my use of language and all of my decisions so as not to trigger the giants' destructive tics.
It's not even fair to people who have Tourette's to use that analogy; unlike the conglomerate, they can't help it.
