There aren't kinda, sorta cameras in the bathroom, the cameras aren't somewhere near the bathroom, they're not in the vicinity of the bathroom.
There are full on, hidden, illegal, Orwellian cameras in almost every bathroom that I have to use, and several other bathrooms which I don't use that often but where the knowledge that the only people who will be punished for this crime are those who are victimized by it if they try to report it is turning voyeurism and involuntary pornography into entrenched behaviors.
