Please don't be misleading. There were Republicans and others who supported President Trump's decision. There was a disagreement about it, and the United States was again proven to be a good place because as angry as everyone was, nobody here was jailed, tortured or executed for a differing opinion.
There is nothing happening in the United States that is anywhere near as bad as what has been established as normal in Syria for years. Everyone should have been thinking and talking about that conflict during all of that time; in my opinion, the outcome will be a turning point for the world's political systems.
If we don't support democracy for people who are willing to fight and die for it, then we are condoning democracy's many evil alternatives.
