Most men are bigger and stronger than most women. Other than that, the genders are the same.
They have the same capacity for good and evil, greed and generosity, honesty and dishonesty, and every other human tendency.
What's happening now is historic. Already-powerful women are ganging up to discredit a sexual assault survivor so that they can, personally and individually, be more powerful.
They are blatantly hypocritical, and they are entirely cynical, knowing that their betrayal of women's safety around the world is going to be eagerly accepted as legitimate because they are female.
Maybe it's time for them to start their own club. They should invite Senator Collins.
