Journalists should be talking about power every day, so that the public has a lot of specific and general knowledge about democracy and how it's supposed to work, and so that the public can contribute productively to advances and stability.
If you don't talk about it every day, then the structure won't be there for everyone to be part of a coherent, evolving discussion.
