________
-The video starts with her about to leash the dog.
-She asks him to stop recording and he doesn't.
-She walks toward him, telling him to stop recording, and he doesn't.
-He tells her "Please don't come close to me" and she backs away, and he still doesn't stop recording her or have any concern for how upset she is.
-That's when she takes out her phone and tells him that she's not going to take a picture, she's going to call the police, and he still doesn't stop recording her, because he finally has what he was really after, which is her talking about race even though he decided he could be mean and miserable to her because she was a white woman without a man around. He would not have treated a big, tough guy of any race the way that he treated Amy Cooper, because a big, tough guy would have kicked his ass. The media can intellectualize it as much as it wants, and it has, in one article after another that praises Christian Cooper without ever mentioning how much taller and bigger than Amy Cooper he might be.
-During the phone call, she never says she's being assaulted. She says she's being threatened. She never says her life is being threatened.
Stop lying. The media has what it wanted. It ruined another woman's life, instantly succeeded in having another law passed, and revived the world's never-dormant eagerness to literally hunt women, and has passed the entire thing off as fighting racism. This episode has tuned the public's scanning frequency to hunting articulate, financially solvent women; not that they were really turning into a challenge to white, male supremacy but it's best to quash troubling possibilities before they're out of control.
