Just a few crazy teenagers who can take the fall for elected officials and the media excusing looting and riots, whose anonymity due to age also prevents them from having a public voice; not that they would know what to say, being minors influenced by irresponsible authority figures.
That article makes it sound as if this kid were the epicenter of violence, when this was the definitely unadolescent reality:
