Apparently, every politician in the country is going to continue to deny the failures of the homeless shelter system, despite there being half a million homeless Americans and the cost of COVID-19 only with respect to that population.
Of course racism is a public health crisis; it's always been a public health crisis. That's why black people are disproportionately represented in the homeless population.
