Why won't the police be arresting these women? Because, like Lucius Malfoy, they give to the right causes. They only wear their Death Eater robes to watch homeless people, psychiatric patients and people at less exclusive gyms in the bathroom.
Now that I think of it, they won't be arresting J.K. Rowling, either; she has WAY too much money for that.
