However, neither gender nor any other factor should prevent people from being able to understand other perspectives. Nobody should have to be female to understand women's issues.
Equality for everyone will be achieved when nobody has a reason to fear any powerful person or organization, when everyone knows that all of the powerful people and organizations know how to be fair, regardless of their demographics.
