Appeal U.S. v. Nagarwala

This is how much the U.S. judicial system hates women:  the first case brought more than 20 years after federal law was enacted to stop FGM resulted in the law being struck down.  

How many girls could have been saved from that agony during those decades if there had been prosecutions as soon as the law was passed?
