Economic opportunity and job growth

Thousands of people could and should be trained to be civil, Internet administrators.  The world is in dire need of impartial, professional, humane Internet administration.  

A lot could be resolved before it is at a criminal level requiring police intervention.  

The Internet is infinite space.  When there is a system for making it safer, the capacity for job growth in that system will also be infinite.
