From DA Rollins' Twitter:
__________
There is still no mention at DA Rollins' Twitter of Mayor Morse's negligence toward police brutality.
I think that a few things have been made clear over the past several months:
-For the truly ambitious, everything is negotiable.
-All men are more politically powerful as public figures than white women, regardless of every other factor.
-Not everyone is seeking racial "reconciliation."

Emmett Till harassed Carolyn Bryant. By today's standards, his behavior would be called harmless, teenage harassment, but harassment nonetheless. He approached her because she was white, to show off for his friends.
It is to the country's shame that white women have been exploited as symbols of possession among men by white supremacy. Every culture, every race, does that to all women. When people create flags to capture, there will always be people who respond.
Mrs. Bryant was not the first person to tell her husband about Mr. Till's approach; she didn't want to tell him, for fear that Mr. Till would be killed. When the inevitable horror took place, it was also inevitable that she would do what her husband and community expected of her. As a woman, her options were limited.
I wouldn't say that Christian Cooper harassed Amy Cooper. I would say that he gave her a tougher time than he needed to, and that his behavior toward her had a racial motivation, although not a sexual motivation. He drew from her in words what his actions didn't say, and he won.
