Ms. Appleman looks young.  I would be surprised if she were the Executive Director in 2006.

Did Ms. Appleman talk about the 2006 ad itself or not?  Did she have any involvement in its publication?  Has she talked to anyone who did, or did she evaluate the ad according to the increasing expectation of these groups that all reproductive rights for women are on the way to being eliminated?

In any case, here's one paragraph from the Guardian article that's not making headlines:

___________

Let's say, for the sake of argument, that in 2006, then-law-professor Coney Barrett did think that every woman should be an incubator for as many embryos as can be stuffed into a womb.  Since I'm not a journalist, I'm not obligated to find out how many children Ms. Coney Barrett had then or how many children she has now.  A lot can change in 14 years, including opinions about the decisions that other people should make about their families.

Perhaps the apple-cheeked Jackie doesn't realize how sinister she and the organization of which she is the executive director are.
